I ordered a pair of Nike Max on May 5 and have never received anything, including a tracking number.. I've called several times during business hours and the message is the same "due to high call volume you must email us". I highly doubt a supposed "company" like this is at max call capacity during their business hours. So I emailed them several times to date and have yet to get a reply. I am sure this "company" is being run out of a one bedroom apartment full of cats. Discount Shoes Outlet obviously has no ethical morals and operates simply to rob people of their money. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE!!! NEVER ORDER AMYTHING FROM THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS. Discount shoe outlet is a scam!!
