I applied for a grant online and us financial services contacted me and told me i was approved and that i needed to submit some information to receive the grant. I was asked for my credit card info and told that there would be a one time charge of 3.87 to process the information but when i heard the debit from my card it was for 29.95 they gave me a code that i was told to was a confirmation code but isn't valid.
