My wife ordered some Jordan's for our son from Jordanmoment.com. The site sent her to realpay.com to set up the payment. She thought it was similar to paypal. Nothing on the Jordanmoment site indicates it is in China, faq shows transactions are sent by usps and should take 5-7 days. Realpay sent her an email showing transaction, money was more than originally quoted. They explained that was because of currency rates. Also was not provided any kind of tracking # just an order number that isn't recognized by usps. When she tried to log back into Jordanmoment her username/password not recognized. When she clicked on the reset password it took her to a page in Chinese. I had to use Chrome to translate, tried resetting the password and it said the new password had been sent to her email, nada. Started looking into realpay, saw that they are everywhere with sales of athletic and high end merchandise from websites originating in China. Hopefully it is not too late to try and dispute the charges. From other reviews realpay tries to stall customers until too late for bank to dispute the charges.
