i joined for a 6 month subscription to ourtime at an advertised one day only of 50% off regular price but my credit card was charged for full price. When I could not find a contact number for Our Time, I sent an email only to get a "rapid reply" response that did not address my problem. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and was given a contact number for Our Time. When I contacted Our Time, they did not offer and explanation nor offer the 50% price. Instead, after advising them I contacted my credit card company to dispute charges, they said they would credit my account with $83.94(less the $3.99) they were charging for "service charge". What was the service - they deceived me by charging my credit card full price, offered no service and were rude and obnoxious to me on the phone. A reputable company would apologize, make the adjustment and winback a customer. They instead made no apology, did not offer the 50% discount and lost a customer and maybe more with this negative complaint. I would not deal with a company that treats customers in this manner
