International boundaries
There is no clear direction as to what to do. After you finish downloading the "software", the files does not lead to an operating stage, instead, they open up one after another and then get no where - there is no way to make it work. I really double if what I downloaded was anything at all.
I sent them an email to get help, nobody responded. Now it's weekdays, in the morning, the "online" help bottom still says "offline". There is no phone number for customer support either. I wish I had read this scam report before using them.
I don't understand why people have to do this to make a living. How can they spend their scammed money comfortably?
