My daughter ordered 2 prom dresses from TB Dress. When they came, she didn't like them because material and workmanship were shoddy and the colors weren't the same as the pictures online.
When I tried to return the dresses, originally I was told that we hadn't tried to return them within 7 days of receiving them. When I pointed out that my email asking them how to return the dresses was dated within 7 days of delivery (because there are no instructions at all on how to return merchandise), they changed their story and claimed that all the dresses are "custom made" and therefore are not returnable.
All I can say is don't buy anything from these creeps.
