I purchased a 3 month warranty when I bought my car from a dealer in NJ, a month after buying the vehicle my transmission started slipping. I called Mid-Atlantic Associate Underwriters numerous times before a gentleman by the name of Stevie finally called me back days later only to tell me that I HAD to go to a repair shop that was over an hour away from my house. I agreed so I could get my car fixed asap. Needless to say my car is STILL sitting at the repair shop without a transmission!!! Mid-Atlantic Associate Underwriters won't even return my phone calls or the repair shops calls anymore. How dare they take my hard earned money and not even provide the services. This so called "company" is nothing but a SCAM!!!!! Steer clear of Mid-Atlantic Associate Underwriters!!!
