On July 18, 2011 I ordered headbands, clips, and a tutu from hairbowprincess.com. I learned about the web site from my friend who had previously ordered and received items from this site. I was leered in by coupon codes, there facebook page, and a great web site, I totally got taken advantage of. Immediately after my order I received a confirmation email. My friend placed another order a few days before I placed mine. When neither of our items had been received two weeks after our orders had been placed, my friend emailed the company who received a reply that stated “all orders placed through July have been shipped”. I waited again for my items and when they had not been received I emailed them myself on August 22 and again on August 30. I received the same generic email response stating “Thank you for your e-mail! :) All orders placed through August 12th have been shipped. Our customer service phone line is currently closed this week. If you have left us a message, we will get back to you within the next 24-48 hours. I try to stay as busy as I can creating & packaging your orders, so e-mails are only checked twice a week in most cases. I will try to get back to you as quickly as possible. :)

After waiting another week I went back to the company web site which now says the site has been suspended. I am so upset. I never received my items or any other emails back. All I want is my money back.
