bought a car from them in may 2012, it broke down 3 days later...Problem was fixed, less than a year later same problems. I bought a warranty with the car and and they want to give me 1300 for a problem that is almost double that amount. Took car to a repair shop, submitted claim, and nothing.

A week after taking to warranty company i talked to the owner or representative of the auction, he said he would look into this problem, i let two weeks pass and i see that i was lied to. I went to check on the van and it has been in the same spot(auto body shop). Nobody came to look at it or pick it up to be fixed like i was told. Now they are avoiding my calls as well.
