My hair was previously colored a month and a half prior to using Africa's Best Relaxer. I followed all the directions, I left relaxer in for about 20 minutes because my hair is course and the relaxer was a regular. When I washed the relaxer out all my hair came out with it. I have patches of hair left on the sides and nape of neck. Everywhere else is completely gone.
