I picked up my cleanig at Any Grament Cleaners on April 28 and the proper number of garments were in the large bundle. Upon reaching my destination I opened the bundle to find that my black, BCBG blazer in size small was not in the bundle but in it's place in the center of the bundle was a Limited, black blazer in size 10. I called the cleaners and was told to bring in the wrong item when the owner was present on Monday because no one working there could correct the problem except the owner. I tried that Monday but was told the owner was not in whenm I arrived with the wrong jacket. They were willing to accept the wrong jacket but I had to get assertive to get a receipt for it's return and no one would even attempt to check to see if the cklients before or after might have my garment. They said only the owner could check it out. I called Tuesday and they said they fopund my blazer but when I arrived they tried to give me the blazer I had returned to them back again. After I became agitated and a little loud they reached the owner who spoke to me by phone and said he would call me back the next Monday when he returned to the site again. I got no call, and I have called more than 15 times when the clerks tell me he might be at the site and left my phone number. According to them he is not in or I just missed him each day. One day I called every hour because he doesn't return my calls when I leave messages. Since then I have looked online and found that I am not alone it seems. This site has lost expensive clothing for others and the owner avoids them instead of trying to resolve the problem. I am suspicious now because my substituted blazer was in the middle of the bundle and a much less expensive one was put in it's place. Other people have stated online they thought expensive garments were being stolen. I am out my expensive BCBG blazer with no effort by the company to resolve this issue. Can you help.

Update: 08/01/2013

The consumer affairs office in my county got in touch with the company after much work on their part. They got the owner to contact me and both the owner and myself compromised to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.
