I bought travel certificates from Westwood International in 2010. This Credit and Recovery Bureau called me offering their service that they can claim whatever amount i incurred in buying those certificates. A man name Nixon Rose called me and asked to send money through western union to Monica Rose as fee to monitor my case . Then another person introduced himself as Atty Modesto told me that he is the one who is working on the case and asked money for authentication, registration and so many things. I sent him money. Since then i have been sending money to Monica Rose in behalf of Nixon Rose and Atty Franco Modesto which totaled $5,000.00. They were telling many times that the check is ready and more promises. I was worried so today, May 18, 2013, my friend and I went to verify the address but we were so exhausted we didn't find the place. Atty Modesta told us that he will wait for us in the office and as usual presented different options for me to bring the case to an end and refund the expenses worth $5,000.00. I am groping and so exhausted that i want to bring this to your attention. I don't have any money left, i used my credit card and i am emotionally drained. I spent a lot of money...

Please help me locate this people and in your investigation they pay the price of what they have done to me.
