Had spent several hours online with iYogi to fix malware (Windows keystroke trojan horse) ..Premier Technical supposrt called me a couple days late and said that the problem had not been fixed, downplayed iyogi services and wanted $200 up front to fix the problem and the reminder of $99 when it was done. I was to pay through PayPal. I noticed that the Malware software that they were using was a trial version...At first I thought it was legitimate but when they called me back the next day claiming that they did not get their money because their computer had "been infected with the trojan hourse that had infected my computer" and wanted me to send more to a different address, I was very suspicious. Furthermore they didn't want a credit card charge they wanted me to wire the funds via Western Union to some address in New Delhi. They have continued to call me and I simply ignore the calls. I have turned it over to PayPal and my records show that a transfer of $200 did occur.
