Firstly, I would like to know that why I have been charged £8.00 for transaction fee, even when I have used the visa debit card.
Secondly, when I have booked the flight directly with you and paid the transaction fee (which I shouldn't have) then why opodo is charging me extra £30.00 for booking fee and transaction fee.
Please help to clarify this.
