Had a service plan with Comcast.Because of fixed income I requested an inexpencif cable service.Some months later I requested an internet service in addition to the cable service.I explain to the comcast rep that I could not afford an expencif packet.The rep quoted a monthly plan at $125.00 dollars. When I received the bill it was in the sum of $269.28 there are other facts surrounding this matter
