International boundaries

Online loan. approved for 15k with collateral due to bad credit. Sent them 3600.00. they said they increased it to 30k. sent them another 3600. plus WUQC fees. 888-990-9154. Website = lancastersolutions.net. Was hoping I had found a way to fix my credit, and have someone trust in me finally. Seems like I need to be less trustful.

Names of "brokers": Victor Carlson, David Geffen, James C Foster - CEO. Reported this to the NY FBI already. Going to report it to all the other agencies I can. Was promised money in my acct by 11 am for 6 days in a row. Nothing.

I called the toll free number this morning, and it rings busy. the website is still active, but the number is not.

called toll free number 888-990-9154 1:23p EST, and it is back up and running. Of course no one would answer the phone.

Scambook Complaint # 24571 and 245011 show that Bernsteinwalker.com is the SAME company. I called their number and it is the SAME recording. Website is also the same.

Update: 06/03/2013

The names of the folks I sent the WUQC money to are: JORDAN MURRAY; MANHATTAN NY; ANTHONY TOLBERT GLENDALE, CA; BRITTANY WATTS LOS ANGELES, CA. I gave these names to the FBI, BBB, AG's as well. I am hoping they can track the pick up of the money.

  • These people stole money from me as well! I have been trying to call them for 2 days to try and get my money back and they will not answer or return my calls! Scam! And if you look up their supposed address it pops up as Citibank, i called citibank and that location is currently closed and they also said Lancaster Financial Solution is not affilliated with them what so ever!

  • I too was wronged by them. They owe me $1726 and I tried to call them both the number and the web site are down. What can I do? I now owe my brother in law, sister and 3 friends for loaning me this money! Also my mother in law!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Complaint # 24571 and 245011 state Lancaster Financial is also part of Bernstein Walker. For those of you who called 888 990 9154 or visited the website ... there are striking similarities. I reported Bernstein to the Attorney Generals as well as BBB and other agencies!!!
