Totally unprofessional customer service as well as threatening and holding to ransom conditions.
These guys are worse than Paypal, we are a small business and they pulled the plugs on us after 3 individual charge backs from 237 transactions!
They've unwittingly held on to nearly £2500 of remittances that was due to be remitted.
We are a struggling small businesses and we had to fire two members of staff because we couldn't afford to pay them.
BEWARE These guys will pull the plugs on you at any point and hold onto funds so they can accumulate interest with their holding bank JUST LIKE PAYPAL.
There are so many better merchant providers, do not use these guys!

I am unable to assertain which business you are posting about. In any case I would be unable to disclose cionfidential account information over the internet. However, I can assure you that we only terminate accounts and/or hold funds as an absolute last resort. Any such decisions are run though a committee - there is no automation of such actions like there is at PayPal. As such I am certain that there is a good reason for this action.
