Went on the site b/c they said it was free. Site said there wasn't a membership fee and that they'd use the credit card info in case you win a bid. Suddenly got charged $99. Before knowing I was charged, I started bidding my 120 bids and won a chef timer and a bear pouch (looks like items you can get from the dollar store). I wasn't winning any bids and clicked on these "lame" items to see if one could even win one of these "bids". So I won, paid for the items and the shipping costs. This was all in July. It's now OCTOBER. Haven't seen the items. They never came. Contacted customer service about this 5 times. Never got an answer and on my file it says issue "closed", like it was all resolved. Well, still no items. Opened two new "customer service" tickets today about it. And I guess I'll wait another three months for my "issue" to be resolved and closed and then never getting info on what happened to my items. So I paid $120 for the feeling of having "won" crappy stuff I never actually ever get.
