PERHAPS THIS IS THE NEW QUEBEC SCAM. 2 GUYS - SCOTT WILLIAMS AND MICHEL VALLEE (SEPARATELY A WEEK APART) WILL DO A LOAN, BOTH GUYS DEAL WITH TD.
MICHEL IS FIRST - AFTER TELLING ME MY MONEY IS IN MY ACCOUNT THE NEXT MORNING - HE SENDS AN EMAIL DEMANDING $388 FOR 'VERIFICATION' I CONTACT MY BANK OFFICER AT TD AND HE SAYS THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS FEE AND THE ONLY FEE PAYABLE IS $10 BETWEEN ACCOUNT HOLDERS.

A WEEK LATER - SCOTT WILLIAMS DOES THE IDENTICAL THING. THE IDENTICAL EMAIL WITH THE SAME RECEIVER. NEITHER GUY WILL ANSWER TO THE OBVIOUS FACTS - JUST SEND THE MONEY.
