I was online and i signed up for a free trail.I only had to pay a few dollars for shipping. Next I had a pending transaction on my debt from a subscription it didn't say who it was. I made a claim to my bank asking who was charging me and they didn't help. They told me that it hasn't been charged. But they ended up charging me later on. The bank only give me a new debt card. Later I started receiving a lot calls from smarting retailing telling me that I have to pay another 29.90 for their service. I told me i never signed up. They told me I did online and that if I didn't pay they where going to send me to collection. I asked for them to cancel the account they told me I had to pay first for them to cancel the account. I didn't pay because i thought it was unfair that i had to pay for something i never sign up for. Till this day they keep calling telling me to pay and that the amount is only going to be getting higher. I don't want to pay because i know they are a fraud. I never sign up. What should i do?
