My husband thought he was buying $12.00 for 3 years of skype. We got no invoice or anything that told us that we were being charged 70.80 for support and download of skype from Software Pro website. We got our credit card bill and were totally surprised by the 70.80 charge. We emailed the company and they said we only had 10 days to cancel. Of course we did not cancel it in the 10 days because we had no invoice that told us that we spent the 70.80 when we were expecting the $12. We have turned it over to our credit card company and hope we do not have to pay it.
