I just bought a new iphone 5 so I want to sell my iPhone 4s for some cash money. After comparing website, I saw totem and got a quote of $205. That's the highest quote i got so far that's why I chose totem of all the website. After 2 days the shipping box came to my apartment and I was surprised because they're fast, and I sent the phone the day after. And until now I'm still waiting for their response. I chat with a customer representative 4 times cause it's been over a month since they have the phone and asked them what's the delay. And they just saying well get back to you as soon as possible. I'm really pissed with their service.
