Took $1.00 out of my bank account which was the agreement. A few days later took out $29.95 without me receiving my packet of coupons,etc and which was to include the info if I wanted to cancel plus a $25.00 gift card. Had no info to be able to cancel. The phone no. appeared on my bank account online. I called and they promised to refund my money but don't expect to receive it after reading about these many complaints here online.
