MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE FEE, THEY WONT TO CHARGE TO INSTALL A LEDGER WHICE IS WAY TOO HIGH, BECAUSE I WONT BUY THEIR LEDGER, BECAUSE IT COST TO MUCH, I ORDER IT FROM A MORE REASONABLE COMPANY. SO THEY WANT TO CHARGE THIS HIGH COST TO INSTALL IT IN THE CEMETERY WHERE MY HUSBAND IS BURIED. THIS IS A RIPOFF, PLEASE HELP TO GET THIS RESOLVE OR TELL ME WHO CAN HELP. THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME THIS, UNTIL I REFUSED TO BUY THEIR LEDGER. I DID NOT HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY. WE TOLD THEM WE WANTED TOO INSTALL A LEDGER THERE.
