i placed an order (7758) for a dvd box set and it was shipped out on the 15th of april and due in 1-3 weeks which should have been last week. i still have not received my order, the website does not come up properly now and my efforts to e-mail teaguedvd.co.uk to ask for explanation have failed. I believe now that this site is fake and have been ripped off for the sum of £42.00 (approx equivalent of $65.00). i would like this paid back to me and the owner(s) of this site to be investigated for fraud.

- I am also waiting for dvd parcel from Teaguedvd.co.uk. I paid £44 and it was expected 2 weeks ago. I have sent about 10 emails online and to the customer service but no reply. Am so upset as now like the person above there is no site and I am devastated and do not know what to do now? I paid for it with my credit care can I get a refund do you think?
