I bought a sofa, love seat, chair and ottoman from this company with a 5 year damage warranity and within the first 12 months the funiture material which is suppose to be leather starts to lift a come apart. I went back to company to get information to put in claim. And was told that yes it was under warranity. I paid cash for furniture and I lost my reciept so I asked the company to give me a copy of their invoice which showed that I had purchased it from them to report my claim to simmons furniture. The owner of company told me their was no need to bring the furniture back to them and they would have a look and replace furniture. Instead the furniture stayed there two weeks and I went back to company found out that no one never came to look and they told me to pick up furniture and there was nothing they could do. I was having guest the following week and I needed the furniture. So I had cusions re uphol. so that guest would have something to sit on. That back rest and arm rest are terrible Now I need to get them redone. I asked to please give me a copy of the receipt so I could contact Simmons directly and they refused. That is so unfair to pay for something you feel has a warranity and find out you have been scammed.I just need to know what I should do in this case. I am sure they have done others the same way. If you can not help me just stop them from doing someone the same way. Thanking you in advance I have pictures of furniture to show proof. How can all three pieces be damage at the sme time something is wrong.
