In early 2012 my credit card was charged for a total of $350 over a several month period. Although I review my card activity monthly I overlooked the charges because they were billed for "Office Supplies" and it failed to register. When I checked on the recurring charges (almost $50 per month) I found it was not something I had authorized. When I found out it was for a bunch of magazines, I requested that they stop. They refused to stop the magazines or to refund what they had charged to my account. I filed fraud charges with my credit card company, and had to replace the cards two or three times because they kept getting the new number and rebilling. I did nothing to initiate the charges or magazines, and they have refused to provide verification of anything. This is a very aggressive company that seems to want money only on their own word that you owe it. I have spoken with several people at their office and have yet to feel like anything I say is even heard. All they do is repeat that they think I owe them money. I know I did not sign a contract, and I am not aware of anything else that could have provided my credit card information or otherwise initiated the fiasco. Avoid this company like the plague! If you can.
