Site is a complete scam. I have been ordering online for years and years, and this is the first time I've been conned. They lead you to believe you're getting one brush free in your choice of color when in reality, they are only sold in sets of 2, so the second free brush is charged as a second set, and NOT free at all.
Also, expedited shipping is offered for $7.95 but it isn't clear that it's actually $7.95 per brush!
Finally, they charge your credit card without allowing you to review or approve your order. Of course! Had I had the opportunity to review, I would NEVER have approved a $71.60 order for 5 brushes when I intended to get 3 brushes for $44.75.
COMPLETE SCAM!! DON'T BUY THROUGH THIS WEBSITE!!

Just a note to add I want to completely cancel this order. I was overcharged $26.85 but I don't want this company to have one cent of my money so am asking for a complete cancellation of the order for $71.60!
Update: 06/25/2013
To my surprise, the order was cancelled! I sent an email the same day to the company telling them that I submitted a complaint with Scambook.com and would follow-up with a complaint to the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau.

- Email sent to the company same day was successful. Calling their toll-free number was not! I told them I contacted Scambook and would contact Attorney General and BBB if order was not cancelled, and to my surprise, I got a reply back within 30 minutes cancelling the entire order!

- I sent my initial email to [email protected] and received a reply back from [email protected] indicating they cancelled my order. Hope that helps you! By the way, I bought this brush on nomorerack.com for about $14 including shipping.....not sure if they are still selling it or not, but it's a great site!
