Bought a used 2012 528i November 2012. Didn't realize it was a demo and had scratches and dents on it. Left the car with them the day I purchased so they could fix all the body damage including buffing out the car. Returned to me 2 days later with nothing fixed. Had to bring the car back two more times to the dealership taking time out of work to fix the body damage. When I went to go pick up the car the third time, everything looked fine because it was under a porch area. When I got home, they did horrible touch ups. I can still see the dent in the back bumper. Bad touch up job on both bumpers and still has the fine scratches throughout the car. Called corporate and they were able initially get the dealership to call me back. The sales manager agreed that the car was in poor shape especially the bumpers and it needed to be fixed so the car wouldn't be devalued. They don't care. I have tried emailing and calling the general manager. He will not reply. They just refer me back to the worthless salesman who sold me the car. I got an appraisal for the damage at homes body shop in Pasadena. This car needs to be fixed properly. I don't want Long Beach BMW touching my car. They don't know how to do body work. I had to take time off of my job. Lost money to bring the car down to them so that they can do a half ass job.
With tax I paid $46,000.00 for this car. Already met with a lawyer but just want the repairs and compensation for time off work as soon as possible.
