Telcel America is a very deceptive company with the worst customer service ever, but this is not surprising as it comes from Mexico. At first they had a good plan with unlimited data, talk, txt, and international calls to Mexico, both being cell phones and landlines. However, all of a sudden, they cut off the unlimited calls to landlines to 400 minutes which is nothing considering other apps or calling cards are offering a little bit more. Well also they suspended my internet service without even a warning that i was using a lot of data and the representative dared to accuse me that I was using a facebook app a lot which i did not have installed and had the nerve to suggest that i needed to reset my phone to clear everything. So I think this company needs to be put off bussiness for good. No more paying nothing for nothing.
