I received a sealed envelope claiming that the mailing was my second notice, when I never received the first "notice" of this sweepstakes/winnings. Inside was one piece of paper that, by it's weight and information, appeared bogus. On the first side of the sheet, it states that I am a winner and I should claim my prize of $1,100,000.00. On the back, however, under all of the fine print, it states that "this is not a cash winning" and that I must enter the sweepstakes. What I found strange, was that there was no return envelope and no additional papers for sweepstakes entry, which I thought was all so very strange to me.
