I submitted two orders for hair color on August 14,2011. I got an acknowledgment of the receipt of the orders. I have the order numbers and the amounts were deducted from my checking account. Then I heard nothing further. I have not received the orders and there are no contact numbers where they can be reached. It is a total scam.
