hi my name is carol sullivan and i will be 71 on may 15, 2013 i have had auto pay on my life insurance for at least 10 years one for 62.00 a month on a 50,000 life ins policy i have had at least 20 years and a policy for 42.00 a month for a 25,000 policy i have had for same amount of time the deductions are taken out of my regions bank on appor the 23rd of each month in april they took the 62.00 but no payment of the 42.00 was taken i called the bank on april 30th and they told me to call the ins company as they stopped the payment it took me a day to get the right number and i called gene at 1-401-827-3442 and she told me that they sent me a letter and told me that they needed 429.00 because i had a loan on my policy and with the interest of 8% it had surpassed the face value I NEVER RECEIVED ANY LETTER AND THEY DROPPED ME AFTER ALL MY YEARS I TOLD THEM I WAS CALLING BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T DEDUCT MY PAYMENT AND I WOULDN'T HAVE CALLED IF I EVER RECEIVED A LETTER THEY WILL NOT RE-INSTATE ME ON THAT POLICY AND I WAS SO UPSET I NEED TO CALL LEGAL AIDE AS I DON'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR AN ATTORNEY I WILL CALL HER AGAIN TODAY AS I'M CONCERNED ABOUT MY OTHER POLICY I FEEL THIS IS FRAUD PLEASE HELP THANKS, CAROL SULLIVAN 3 COLLINGVILLE COURT PALM COAST FL 32137 904-814-6915 OFFICE 904-471-3400
