Ordered some rare asic gel trainers on 19th march 2013 twice been assured they would be here by weekend and here I am still waiting. Also given same rubbish about customer services being low on ground etc but they never answer phone or answer questions via email.
Asked for refund but I doubt I will get it.

Thanks for your email.
Absolutely everything I write on here is 100% true and correct. As I mentioned we are low on the ground with staff. You are welcome to come down and visit our store to prove this.
As we are also training our new staff, processing new orders, updating the website, maintaining the website, ensuring our logistics are running smoothly, despatching orders, maintaining and updating our social media sites, answering emails, phone calls, processing refunds, it can be difficult to maintain top levels of customer service at all times as we are only a small set up.
However as I have mentioned in previous messages, kicks store is constantly improving, becoming more efficient and once our new Customer Service staff are fully trained they will be able to assist and provide the best service out there.
I have personally just checked the status of your order and can see you have been refunded in full so I am sure you will find that is in your account now?
As I have said before, we are here to serve the UK and the rest of the world with the best service possible as we know in providing a good service will result in repeat business and cause you to recommend us to friends etc. We would NEVER rip anyone off.
I hope this answers all your doubts and again apologise for the service you have received from us on this occasion. -
