I was directed to the website by another site. I was interested in what kind of bidding site it was so thinking it was like ebay i entered my info. The next page instructed to scroll all the way down to complete registration. So I did, and thinking again it was like ebay entered my info never thinking that I would be charged 99.00. I realized that they charged me when I was getting use to the website and clicked my personnel page, then went to items I bought and lo and behold I was charged 99.00. I did not understand how that can happen since I saw nothing when I registered. I pressed the back button and came to the page where they have you scroll down, and as I scrolled up there to the right of the page is a little banner that says they will charge you. That is exactly why they have you scroll all the way down because you never see that part. I called and told them that I had a disabled husband and daughter and that I could not afford that amount of money, but all kept saying was that they have a strict no refund policy. I think a class action suit would be great and I'm sure there has to be over 50,000.00 people this has happen to. Just look how many people have complained here in a few days. Does anyone have any lawyer friends that would be willing to take on a tort case?
