I was recently notified by paypal that SafeCart has had me pay 37,46 USD in an automatic payment agreement that I wasn't notified of, either by email or from the RegCurePro program that I had subscribed to. I agreed to be subscribed for a year in total, but it apparently charged me for an additional year without my consent.
This really doesn't seem to be short of a fraud, as I wasn't notified in any way of this agreement.

I've sent Safecart Customer Service an email and they haven't responded to me for a week.
So now it's apparently not eligible to complain about getting charged for a service that's been forced upon you without notice, or is your service in fact just slow? I seriously hope it's the latter. -
