I'm sensing a scam here. I signed up 2/20/13 because "Doug" assured me I could complete the rent/purchase process in a month's time. I had told him I needed to move by the end of March. When I called back in two days with some listings, "Mitch" said I needed to mail at least 10 letters to homeowners to schedule viewings and I would have to wait for their written responses instead of meeting with them face to face. Further research led me to find that some of the places were either sold, foreclosed, or people living there with no intentions to sale.When I called to demand my money back, Mitch told me I would have to wait till after 90 days from sign up date w/ 5 denial letters ...Scam!
