Sent for free sample 09/20/2011 got 84.95 taken out of my account 10/03/2011.I called a sales person in California and she said to send the remaining sample back and then they would pay me back .Please if anyone can give me some advise other than being a dummy for doing this please let me know..

- y not just return it for a refund? postage is like 3 bucks or just ask them nicely

- Relax; they will refund your money. I was exactly the same way as you because I felt they hit me for the full price even before I used the product; bad move on their part. The reason I am writing this is because I stumbled on your complain while now trying to reconnect with them for a fresh supply. The lady you spoke to did me the same way; next thing I know I got an email saying they will refund my money, and they did!
