really chuffed to find a pair of ugg boots for a bargain price but of course too good to be true. after no delivery of boots kept sending e mails with no help after waiting 3 weeks recieved a letter to explain they had been seized by the uk border agency for counterfeit goods. so im out of pocket and been totally ripped off with no hope of getting any money back! has any one been refunded?

To all that think they can't get there money refunded from uggale. Com YOU CAN!! I stuck with it and managed to get a full refund, I contacted every consumer company online, aswell as bbc watchdog and scambook, I then emailed the company uggale.com back many times telling them I have reported them for theft and that I am going through a solicitor and I won't stop till I get my money refunded and till they get caught and prosocuted for theft fraud and false advertisment, ( just used my imagination). I then kept on and on sending them the similar sort of messaged via email and also went to my bank and reported them to there fraud agency as I payed by debit card, I then very convieniently got a reply saying my money would be refunded in full within 30 days, and it was actually back in my account in full the very next day so take my tips and advice and don't give up you can get it back!! -
