ORDERED PRODUCT ON 4/05/2013 VIA INTERNET, INSTEAD OF ORDERING 1 EACH, THE TRANSACTION SHOWED A TOTAL AMOUNT OF 5 BOTTLES, FOR A TOTAL OF $159.00 WITHOUT EVEN SHOWING SHIPPING CHARGES OR GIVING YOU THE OPPORTUNITY OF REVIEWING THE ORDER, NO ITEMIZED TRANSACTION, AND NO SHIPPING CHARGES. THIS WAS VERY UNUSUAL AND I KNEW THAT THERE WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS TRANSACTION. I CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND USED THIS PHONE NUMBER (8774942607) THAT APPEARS IN THE RECEIPT THAT I PRINTED. FIRST, THEY SAID THAT I WAS GOING BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OF $10.00 PLUS $5.95 PER BOTTLE (WE ARE TALKING 5 BOTTLES AND I ONLY INTENDED TO BUY ONE, BUT THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR FIVE. I SPOKE TO A "LOUIS" FIRST AND THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A "SUPERVISOR" MICHAEL GURDLE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR CANCELLING THE ORDER, OF COURSE THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I CALLED BACK TO THE OTHER PHONE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT (855-978-6683) AND SPOKE TO "Amanda Allen" who told me that they were not going to ship the product and the order was cancelled and to expect a credit on my account in 7 to 10 days (BY APRIL 15TH) Well, I called back on April 30th because I am still waiting for the credit in my account. I spoke to David this time (actually all the men sound the same)and told me to check my bank account in 24 hours, that they were going to issue the credit. Today is the 6th of May and I called back, checked my bank account and no credit. I called them back and spoke to Mark this time,and he told me today, a month a day later that on May 2nd they processed my request and that I should expect a credit in 4 to 7 business days. THIS IS A TOTAL HEADACHE AND I HATE TO BE DEALING WITH THESE SCAMMERS... BUYER BEWARE...
