I was excepting their program but they had a hard time processing my pay on my credit card. When It went throught 2 times but I did retrieve the second monies, I was curious. I was calling them for the longest and kept getting voice mail. So When I did get a human voice, I requested to cancel the program with them. I got all the info to cancel and sent a letter for cancellation which never to this day happened. I also received paper work a month later to start the program and received a call to start when I told them I cancelled. I have not received any funds as of today 10/03/2011.
