I made an online purchase (4/24/13) for a trial size of this product for $4.95. There was a deadline to cancel in 14 days. I missed the deadline and was billed $99.00. They stated 'no refund'. I argued and also explained I missed the deadline due to family emergency and wasn't paying attention to my own personal matters. No matter to them and no refund. I was really angry. $99 for an ounce or two of the product is ridiculous. My bank attempted to solve this but was only given the '14 day deadline story'. This has certainly taught me an expensive lesson. I should have bought Shisheido when I saw it last.
