I have been waiting for standard to pay Capital One so I can get a new car.It has been over two weeks and nothing has been done. They also do not go by the Kelley Blue Book, they said they had their own, which is way less. When I call them they just give me the runaround.Several other people have complained this has also happened to them.We all feel ripped off by the company.On the damage amout I am not sure about,because they use their own standard of doing things.
