I received this email telling me I have a pay day loan with "Pay Day America" never even heard of the them. They said in their email that I had to respond withing 48 hours or they will file a case against me and then it will be $5.945.49 for all fees and court. then in the email it had "Now, this means few thing for you. If you are under any state probaton or payroll we need you to inform your superoiror manager what you have done i the past and what would be the consequences once the cans has been download and executed in your name". I found that to be really odd coming from a legal firm. Then it had "And once you found guility into the court house than you have to bear the entire cost ofr this law suite $5,945.49 which is excluding loan amount, attorney's fee, and the interest charges". That first sentence does not sound like it is coming from a professional legal team. They also stated the would turn me into the Credit buearus,(that's how they spelled it), FBI, FTC, my employer and bank about fraud. Then they went on to say "If your wnat to resolve this matter than immediately contact us thru email or call us betwen working hours on (229) 518-4222. They never gave the hours that they work. Then when you scrolled down to the bottom of the email it has " this email and any of its attachemtns may contain Time Warner Cable proprietary information, which is priviledged, confidential, or subject to compyright belinging to Time Waner Cable. Things just don't add up here.
