Be very careful of this "man" - he claims to be an independent contractor on an oil rig in Texas. His "daughter" Millicent lives in Spain. Thankfully I found him on pig busters before sending money. The report on pig busters shows him begging for money for his dying daughter. He never told me she was dying. You'll never get a straight answer from this person and the photos he posts are a very handsome man. He tries to gain your affections & confidences very quickly. When you ask him questions, he automatically becomes busy & disappears.
