I purchased a service plan on a mixtape promotion website(datpiffpromo.bigcartel.com) for promotion on a website called Datpiff.com. The service plan purchased from the website is supposed to complete it's service in 72 hours of payment. I was granted less than 10% of my purchased service and have been ignored in my effort to contact the website's owners. I've sent numerous emails to the email given by the website which claims "24 hours service reply", and still have no reply in return. This website has scammed me out of my money and continues to run, so I know I can't be the only one who's fallen victim. I need help!
