I tried contacting them by e-mail and phone,to get my money refunded, I had phony addresses and numbers which I got off the internet on their site. About a year later they had phoned me saying my credit card number was not available to renew service. I told them I wanted money back and there was no service. I also told them that I had tried contacting them to no avail. This morning (04/05/2013)they phone telling me they are going to refund my money through Western Union (This time they use the name "Global Connect Cloud"). When talking to Western Union rep I realize that they are trying to get me to send them $350.00, instead of refunding me. I told this to the Western Union rep I was talking to and she immediately stopped the transfer. After giving her info that they had given me and the info they had an investigation has now started. She also told me to contact our local authorities. I also reported this to local RCMP when it was "MY Tech GURU" I thought I was getting legitimate tech support from Microsoft, by the time I realized I was scammed it was too late, the money was already taken out of my account.
