Had a contract agreeement to complete fence repair. He wrote a contract but needed paid up front for the materials. Beyond my best judgement I provided him an agreement. I've found out through the internet that he has pulled this scam with several individuals in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Who knows how many people he has done this too.

- This is the 4th time I have heard of him doing this. I spoke to the Johnson County TX jail last month, and understand he was arrested for something similar. Today I read a report that Eric was arrested in Denton County 4 days ago, for theft from elderly. Of course, he's innocent until proven guilty.

- Kraig, how about you do me a favor and remove my address from your complaint? I own that house on Renfro and Eric owes me in excess of 9,000. That is the last thing I need to make additional associations to my property because of Eric. He was only there a short period of time and has not been there for months.

- Remove my address from this complaint. Eric owes me in excess of 9,000 also. I don't not need this in addition to my monetary losses. Dont you think his scams may involve a lot more than just $650 ?

- Lol guys... I'm 18years old burleson Texas I was a salesperson for this man and his sons best friend he borrowed and got me in contract that if I paid him $1600 in a week later he would flip that and pay me $2000... Never happened.. A big project came up some kind of 80,000 concrete project. He needed money for start up costs. He needed $3,000 in a days notice and he wrote a contract with me.. He said if the project fell through he would pay me $4000 no later than June first 2013.. Its now September he has been in hospital.. He changes his number all the time. He says he will pay me. And the house on renfro. Didnt you take his sons bike as a payment?? Ik don't blame you. Once again.. I'm only 17 years old and I got robbed..
