Dear Sirs, I bought 238.55 euro of shoes from the website "www.lebronshoesmu.com" and after 1 day they sent a mail explaning that all the shoes I ordered where not available.
They tried to offer me other shoes but I refused. I canceled the order! They are showing cool shoes on the web and then, after collect the money , try to offer second quality products.
They took the money from my credit card immediately.and is more then 1 month I am trying to get back. Their excuse is that the bank need 15 days to refund but now is more then 1 month.
If you need I can give you all the mails about it.
Please be so kind to help me to solve this problem or to underline webly how bad was this company!
I have to go to post police soon to make an official accusation.
