I saw an advert on Facebook offering free trials of skincare and ordered some. I was charged postage. The skin care arrived but had no literature with it.
I then have just had £100 taken from my account. I called the bank and told them that I had my suspicions on this firm. They told me in the small print I would have agreed to being sent their products and services. I told them that I had not agreed to any such thing and had not received any more products from them. Under the trading over the internet act, a client must receive in writing, something which outlines the rules of purchase. This company is a criminal outlet and I am now having to threaten to close my bank account if any more money comes out of it. I have written to the company and have had no response.
